Looking with affection

Does looking show the same

affection as kissing or hugging?

There is a kind of affection

without kissing or hugging,

but is it possible to have

affection without a regard,

without to turn the eyes upon

the loved one? Maybe

the affection shows better

in the eyes than in a kiss.

It is in looking someone

in the eyes that you may

get out of yourself and

expose your soul

to the person you love.
